1. Light Matters More Than Anything Else
If there’s one thing that will instantly improve your baby photos, it’s natural light.

✔️ Face your baby toward the light, not away from it
Soft window light makes skin look smoother, eyes brighter, and photos more timeless. If you’re in New Jersey, especially during winter months, midday window light works best.
2. Keep the Background Simple (Less Is More)
When you look back at baby photos years from now, you’ll want to see your baby, not clutter.
